- What is gender equality in the workplace? The Gender Equality Agency shows you what it looks like.
- From girls to Men: social Attitudes to Gender Equality gives an extremely in depth analysis of people's attitudes to gender equality,
- Harvard Business Review has US statistics but the commentary about what makes workplaces unequal is excellent. You might want to use some of these points as subheadings or sub-subheadings in your literature review. At least use the stats about male reactions on p.15. Here is the summary of the main points.
